"...Herb Shreve, the founder of CMA, went home to be with the Lord October 22, 2011. He was a great man of God that will truly be missed. It was through his obedience to God that the ministry of CMA was birthed. We, and countless others, have come to know Jesus through that obedience. While in our hearts we feel a great loss, at the same time we have a great challenge before us. We shall run further, faster, and more committed than ever before. We thank you for the heritage birthed in Herb.
The funeral for Herb Shreve will be Tuesday. It will be a closed service for family only. Visitation is Monday, October 24 at the Beasley-Wood Funeral Home in Mena.
CMA will dedicate the 2012 National Rally to Herb Shreve and hold a memorial service for him at that time..."

Ich bin dankbar für Menschen, die JESUS mit seiner Liebe entzündet hat. Dankbar für alle Christen, die durch JESUS Geist beflügelt seine Liebe weitertragen. Die meisten sind eher unbekannt - nicht in den Medien präsent - aber bei GOTT bekannt und von ihm befähigt. Aber dann gibt es doch unzählig viele Christen, die JESUS gebraucht hat, dass sie auch im Großen "Weichensteller" und "Veränderer" in der Welt wurden. Wie leer wäre die Welt ohne das Wirken eines Martin Luthers, Billy Graham, Ulrich Parzany, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, Franz von Assisi, Elise Averdieck, Georg Müller, Jan Hus, Annette von Droste-Hülshoff, Ludwig Harms, John Wesley, Karoline Fliedner, Marie Durand, Herb Shreve....
